My wife and I recently had dinner at Dirty Dan's and had their baked oyster special topped with a pesto sauce, coconut prawns and pan fried oysters. All three were delicious. My wife ordered the grilled Alaskan halibut and I had a grilled ribeye steak. The halibut was served on a bed of sauteed spinach and just melted in our mouths. The medium ribeye was cooked perfectly and was seasoned just right. My dinner came with rice pilaf and my wife had the roasted garlic mashed potato and vegetable medley. We shared a delicious home made bread pudding studded with craisins and served with a rich caramel sauce and whipped cream. We were both pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and graciousness of the waitstaff and host. We will definitely revisit.
